For the CJD relaunch, we pitched together with 21TORR. 21TORR brought design and concept, arocom the technical architecture and implementation on Drupal 11. Result: CJD kept both partners. arocom's share of the project was larger than the creative agency's.

What is the minimum project size for working with agencies?
There is no formal minimum. In our experience, joint projects make sense from a Drupal share of approximately 20,000 EUR — below that, the coordination overhead is disproportionate.
Can arocom also act as a whitelabel partner?
Yes. We operate under your branding if you prefer. NDA and whitelabel agreements are standard for us, not the exception.
What happens if we don't win the pitch?
Then we pitched together and both learned something. We don't charge pitch fees. The effort for the technical chapters is part of our investment in the partnership.
Do you only work with Drupal?
Drupal is our focus and our recommendation for complex platforms. If a different system is a better fit, we say so — diagnosis before therapy.
How quickly can you join a project?
Initial assessment within 4 hours. Kick-off typically within 2 weeks, depending on capacity and scope.
What sets you apart from other Drupal agencies?
