Our team works together in the office in Kemnat — direct collaboration, short paths, quick alignment. Hybrid days and home office are possible, but day-to-day work happens mostly on-site. We therefore prefer candidates from the Stuttgart region. Once a year we travel together for a pop-up office in Italy — a team retreat by the sea rather than remote work as the default.
