A digital strategy is not a PowerPoint document that disappears into a filing cabinet after the workshop. It is the binding plan that defines which digital measures contribute to which business goals.

Most failed web projects don't fail because of the technology. They fail because of a missing strategic foundation.

Three Elements of a Robust Digital Strategy

Target vision: What should your digital presence deliver in 12 months? More leads, better self-service, more efficient internal processes? Without a measurable goal, every measure lacks direction.

Channel strategy: Which digital channels do you serve? Website, social media, newsletter, community? Not all channels are relevant for every company. Focus beats breadth.

Technology stack: Which systems do you need? CMS, CRM, PIM, marketing automation? Technology follows the strategy, not the other way around.

From Strategy to Implementation

Does every company need a digital strategy?

Every company with a website needs at least a clear digital target vision. The depth of the strategy depends on the complexity. A mid-sized company with CRM, PIM and multilingual requirements needs a more detailed strategy than a local service provider.

Four to eight weeks for a robust strategy including assessment, goal definition and action plan. Implementation starts in parallel, not only after the strategy phase is complete.
