Can arocom also take over hosting for installations developed elsewhere?

Yes, after a Platform Check (audit). It reviews code quality and architecture and ensures that the installation can be operated securely.

How quickly are Drupal security updates applied?

Critical security updates are tested on the staging system within 24 hours and applied to production after successful review. Regular updates follow a defined maintenance schedule.

What does the Hosting & Operations package cost?

Hosting comes in three packages: Shared Cluster, Private Host, and Private Farm. Prices on request — depending on requirements, traffic, and desired SLA. Our team responds within 4 hours with an estimate.

Can arocom take over existing hosting environments?

Yes. Either the installation is migrated to the arocom infrastructure, or arocom manages maintenance on your existing infrastructure. The first option is recommended because it enables full control.

Which Drupal versions are supported?

arocom operates and maintains Drupal 8, 9, 10, and 11. Installations on Drupal 7 receive an upgrade plan to the current version, as Drupal 7 no longer receives security updates.
